November 06, 2008 - The Performance Management Group LLC (TPMG) announces its Balanced Scorecard Seminar and Workshop. The Performance Management Balanced Scorecard Seminar Workshop is a 2 day workshop designed for those who wish to understand the basic principles and applications of the balanced scorecard strategic management system. This balanced scorecard training course is designed for those companies who wish to develop professionals to effectively implement a balanced scorecard in their organization.
Balanced scorecard seminar participants will learn how to design and implement their organizations balanced scorecard. The will design and create an overall company vision that is tangible and fits with the prevailing company strategy. Participants will also learn how to define specific and distinct departmental mission statements that articulate directly into the overall company vision. They will learn how to design balanced scorecard strategy maps and align departmental objectives to fit with strategy.
As part of the workshop, participant break out sessions will consist of strategy mapping. Each participant will focus on:
1. Establishing company critical success factors.
2. Defining executive level scorecards and related strategic objectives.
3. Translating strategic objectives into mid and manager level scorecards.
4. Articulating scorecards into operational goals and objectives.
5. Tie and linking goals with related employee functions.
6. Creating and implementing balanced scorecard strategy maps.
7. How to communicate and implement a balanced scorecard strategic management system.
