The PEOPLE Academy brings a collective 60 years of human performance experience into searchable knowledge, resources, templates, exercises, diagnostics and online tutorials easing the burden on today’s coach.
Serious coaching, business and personal, requires deep knowledge and time; time to plan and time to reflect. On occasion when a coaching issue hits outside the knowledge base there may be a propensity to avoid the topic, not give it its proper due, or commit serious time identifying additional resources.
The new website demonstrates how these different approaches can deepen the coach’s (mentor, HR/OD Practitioner’s) knowledge base freeing valuable time and contributing to client success regardless of whether the issue is personal, work or organizationally related.
