Of 1300 individuals interviewed, 22.0% felt that Journalists have the most influence on society. Politicians came in a close second at 20.8%, while corporations were ranked a distant third, receiving 14.7% of the votes. Surprisingly, athletes and entertainers ranked near the bottom, with only 9.7% and 8.1% respectively. Other professions mentioned included police officers, clergy, teachers, and lawyers.
