Phoenix-Mesa, AZ (1888PressRelease)
March 06, 2007 - It was just announced that following the development of the Chandler mall online at the Chandler Chamber Community , a 20-acre brick-and-mortar shopping mall called the Canyon Rock Marketplace will also be enhancing the shopping experience of the area.
The success of the blossoming Chandler Chamber Community mall has certainly showed the strength of the business community in the state Arizona, and the new Chandler mall has not failed to observe this. Its construction will be beginning soon on the north-west corner of Loop 202 and Alma School Road.
The brick-and-mortar Chandler mall will include a healthy combination of retail and office space, as well as restaurants and two “anchor” stores. It is expected that the day care and learning center “Tutor Time” as well as either “Pure Fitness” or “Gold’s Gym” will be among the companies taking their place within the Canyon Rock Marketplace.
The president of the NAC Development Company (of Las Vegas), Tim Deters, said that the new Chandler mall will hold up to thirty tenants in addition to up to three sit-down restaurants. This layout, as well as careful screening, is meant to create as healthy and prosperous a mix of tenants as is possible.
This is far from the first shopping mall project for the NAC Development company. In fact, it has already created several shopping centers within the Valley. However, Canyon Rock Marketplace will be only its second mall to be built in the East Valley.
NAC intends to have the ground-breaking ceremony within the next six months so that Chandler will have its new brick-and-mortar mall early in 2008.
Indeed, it is becoming very clear how what an important community Chandler is for developing businesses of all sizes.
From its brick-and-mortar expansions, to its latest progress with the online Chandler mall at http://chandler.chambercommunity.com, the region truly is a hotspot for business success.
