While NetBuilders has a number of fantastic forums, the site owners believe it’s most exciting feature is the advertising options available to all registered members of the site. Any webmaster related product or service can easily be advertised on NetBuilders.org with thousands of users viewing it every day.
There are certain criteria for the ads. They must of course be compulsorily relevant to NetBuilders and the type of service they offer. The content for an advertisement is up to a member’s discretion, however the site owners do stress that the anchor text should be very interesting. As a general guideline, they ask webmasters to tailor make ads specifically for NetBuilders and not write it as thought it were being submitted for a search engine.
While submitting an advertisement on the site, webmasters must ensure two things. The first, the field is “NB Ads – URL”. This is absolutely essential. People who see the advertisement will click on the advertisement if they are interested and they will be directed to the link provided by the advertiser.
The second essential factor for all ads is the anchor text. All ads must have an anchor text. The anchor text is the main body of the advertisement and what it says. As already highlighted before, this must be interesting or the ad may not be accepted by the NetBuilders team. The “interesting” part is stressed upon because site owners believe those looking at the ad will not click through if they don’t read an interesting description of the services offered by the advertiser.
