June 28, 2008 - Pawleys Island, S.C. - Representatives from The Litchfield Company today announced they raised $1,580 for the Georgetown County Habitat for Humanity through their Exclusive Parade of Homes, which was held May 17 and 18 and featured tours of 30 homes along the Waccamaw Neck.
During the Exclusive Parade of Homes, The Litchfield Company accepted donations to assist the Georgetown County Habitat for Humanity with its "2008 Builders Blitz." Donations for the local Habitat for Humanity were collected in each home featured in the Exclusive Parade of Homes, and The Litchfield Company matched all donations collected. All proceeds are going toward the building of two homes in Georgetown, one of which will be a home for a local armed services veteran.
