September 27, 2008 - Be A Bag collection continues to be a huge global success. Worn by the world’s most stylish men and women, including Claudia Schiffer and Heidi Klum, Be A Bag supports more than 25 charities around the world.
Be A Bag was launched in 2001 to support The Lavender Trust, a breast cancer charity, with the support of over 100 style icons – including Elton John, Kate Moss, Jerry Hall, Pierce Brosnan, Kate Winslet and Claudia Schiffer who all donated personal photographs to be printed onto Be A Bags. Be A Bag was conceived to be a limited edition charity promotion that ran for three months. However it captured the imagination of the international fashion press and thousands of customers when it launched in the UK and several years on continues to be popular all around the world.
Be A Bag enables customers to personalise a bag with their own treasured photograph. The collection includes eight bag styles ranging from a mini wash bag to a large weekend tote. The collection is available in all Anya Hindmarch stores across the world and a selection of the world’s leading boutiques.
