May 05, 2009 - The Inn at Starlight Lake announced today that it will once again be participating in the popular Northeastern Pennsylvania Inn to Inn Bike Tour. The tour runs from the first week in May until the last week in October and includes The Inn at Starlight Lake, Stone Bridge Inn and Fern Hall Bed and Breakfast.
“We’re excited to announce our Inn to Inn Bike Tour here at the beginning of National Bike month in America,” said Sari Schwartz, owner and proprietor of The Inn at Starlight Lake. “Our tour provides a unique opportunity to explore the beauty of northeastern Pennsylvania and have a great time at three lovely Inns along the way.”
Bicyclists are provided with maps and detailed directions and can begin their tour at either The Inn at Starlight Lake or at Fern Hall Bed and Breakfast. The tour utilizes scenic country roads and abandoned railroad beds and is perfect for beginners and seasoned bicyclists alike. Distances vary from 15 to 30 mile tours depending on the selected route.
“This is our 15th year participating in this bike tour,” added Mrs. Schwartz, “and we think that each year it gets better and better.
