On December 17, 2007 Chance E. Gordon, Esq. of the Gordon Law firm filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court against the Screen Actors Guild on behalf of Producer/Director BJ Davis and Screenwriter Julia Davis. The lawsuit alleges discrimination, privacy violations and breach of fiduciary duty, seeking compensatory and punitive damages as well as the injunctive relief.
