First, you will want to login to your personal telecom website to customize your account to your specific needs. Keep in mind that you have many services available, but you don’t necessarily have to use all of them – just choose the services that fit your needs.
Logging in, is simple! Just follow these steps:
1. Visit www.giconn.com/ccm via your web browser.
2. Click the login button (upper right hand portion of the webpage)
3. Enter the 10-digit account number and username that you created during the account setup process.
4. Select either “GIConnect” (conventional calling services) or “VoIP” (Internet calling services)
5. Click Login

Basic VoIP calling Features
Your VoIP account comes standard with a “pay-as-you-go” calling plan that will allow you to call out to any landline or cell phone anywhere in the world, and you can also make FREE calls to any other GiConnect VoIP customer worldwide.
For just $2 a month, you can receive calls from any landline or cell phone by
adding a telephone number to your basic account. To add this feature, just visit your giconn.com site and order the service.
Or, if you choose, for $22.95 a month, you can upgrade your calling plan to unlimited calling to the USA and Canada. This option already includes a local phone number. To add this service, just visit your www.giconn.com/ccm site and add it to your shopping cart.

Making Calls from your computer:
1. You can use our MAC or Windows Version Soft-phone ot make calls.
