July 04, 2008 - Albuquerque, NM: Recently billed as the specialty or creative funding arm of Albuquerque’s Indigo Mortgage, The Equity Experts and their managing director Brandon Thienes have amicably separated from Indigo Mortgage to create an independent organization dedicated solely to private equity (hard money) lending throughout the whole United States, and even the globe.
This maneuver was strategically planned and executed in order to better expand and serve both the investor and borrower clients that consistently engage The Equity Experts in an effort to achieve higher returns on investments and swift, assured funding for real estate acquisitions and projects, respectively.
In an effort to maximize The Equity Experts capabilities and service, Brandon Thienes, founder and managing director has brought in three additional managing directors to assist in the expansion and development of untapped markets and profit centers for the company. Lawrence Lloyd of Albuquerque, New Mexico has joined the company as both a partner and a Jr. managing director who’s responsibility is to oversee Real Estate Development Strategies. David Wingo of Phoenix, Arizona has joined the ranks as a partner and Jr. managing director over investor relations, Nyki Oliver of Albuquerque, New Mexico has joined as a Jr. managing director over Administrative function and protocol, and Jonas Rane, JD of Socorro, New Mexico has joined the team as legal compliance and contracts officer.
