In his new position, Strausbaugh will select, plan, coordinate and direct a wide scope of wellness programs to include physical fitness, social, intellectual, recreational, cultural, educational, environmental and spiritual activities for members.
He previously served as the restaurant manager of Heron’s Restaurant at the Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary. Under his management Heron’s earned the AAA Four Diamond award and Mobil Four Star award. Strausbaugh resides in Wake Forest with his wife Brandy and daughter Caraleice.
