  • Jacksonville, FL (1888PressRelease) December 09, 2010 - This holiday season, employees at the Jacksonville office of the Continental Group are teaming up to raise money in support of their local Ronald McDonald House.

    For the past three years, employees of TCG's Jacksonville office have collected items for their local Ronald McDonald House's "wish list" during the month of December. "It's nice to know that we can contribute to an organization that provides such a wonderful service to families in our community." said Megan Maldonado, Operations Manager for North Florida-Jacksonville.

    This year, Continental Group Employees are contributing to a fund that will provide gift cards for the families staying at the Jacksonville Ronald McDonald House, allowing them to buy presents for their children during the holiday season.

    The Ronald McDonald House is a non-profit organization that offers respite to parents and families while their children undergo treatment for illness and injury at local hospitals. The Jackonville Ronald McDonald House provides support for those family members whose children are receiving care at the Wolfson Children's Hospital.
