Starting with the shortest film ever made (The 1 Second Film), we will oversee a 5 Phase series of non-profit films built around an innovative method of micro-collaboration. Each project will increase in scale while addressing a different social issue, culminating in some of the largest collaborative works-of-art ever attempted.
