The Berger Organization, established in 1929, is a privately owned diversified real estate company that develops and manages more than 1 million square feet pf residential, commercial and hospitality properties throughout Northern New Jersey and New York City. Based in Newark, N.J., Berger has been instrumental in Newarks renaissance during the past 32 years through active redevelopment projects and acquisitions. Company holdings include 18 wholly owned properties as well as 23 buildings co-owned as part of several real estate partnerships.
