Moreover, one of the things people like best about Thanksgiving is that they get to share wonderful traditions and relaxed times with their families. People prefer to celebrate Thanksgiving at home, with family and friends. With this in mind, LiveAdmins.com organized a Thanksgiving dinner for all the employees, and their families. Of course, special arrangements were made for kids as well.
Thanksgiving was celebrated in a traditional manner this year. The event kicked of with a long drawn out football game after which the winners were handed the usual free dinner coupons. After the traditional Thanksgiving dinner, many a special treat and traditional Thanksgiving games were organized for kids, which surprisingly turned to be the highlight of the evening. Children pared up with adults, albeit reluctantly, to play the deer and hunter game, which refused to come to an end. Next up was the apple paring game, which, much to the relief of our employees, was an all kids’ game. All the very many activities ended with the fox and rabbit game, which was undoubtedly the most entertaining of all, and just as entertaining for the onlookers as it was for the hunter and its ‘prey’.
As expected, the event was a huge success and served to achieve its purpose, namely making for a memorable experience by letting employees spend quality time with their families and to inculcate a strong sense of belonging in them. Through such events, LiveAdmis.com aims to increase employees’ communication with each other and they come to know more about their peers and their families.
