Thailand BOI adjusts conditions on BOI Housing Project to boost investment and create more opportunities for low-income home buyers

The BOI has given a green light to adjust conditions and pricing of the promoted Housing Project from Bht 600,000 per unit to Bht 1 million per unit to cope with increasing prices of land and construction materials. It aims to attract investors in housing development which will lead to more opportunities for low-income home buyers in urban areas.
