"I wanted to publicly show the depth of my experience and the scope of my work. I also want people to see the non-business side of me," Schultz said. The site will be a central part of his job search. He has included it in his resume, email signature, business cards as well as his Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
"In this new work environment, I am being searched on line and though my Google search shows my LinkedIn page high on the list, I set out to make sure I had more than that showing in the top ten," Schultz said.
