Terry Maul has been coaching for over 40 years and directs all phases of the Area Tallahassee Aquatic Program and is the on-deck coach for the ATAC senior program. Coach Terry Maul has produced numerous National Qualifiers, State Champions and members of US National Teams. Recently, seven age group members of Area Tallahassee Aquatic Program finished in the top 20, nationally, in various events. In addition to coaching responsibilities, Terry Maul directs the Tallahassee Swim School, a learn-to-swim program for all ages.
Terry Maul served as head coach to the USA National Junior Team in Montreal, Canada in 1992 and as head coach of USA National team in Rio de Janiero, Brazil in 1984. Terry Maul began his coaching career in Tallahassee in 1975 as co-coach of the Tallahassee Swim Team with Gerry Norris, who is the current head age group coach of the Area Tallahassee Aquatic Club.
