April 25, 2009 - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA - Tecagora Solutions Inc. received notification today that its Snapact photo manager and online photo sharing service has been nominated as a 2009 VIATeC Technology Awards finalist for the category of Innovative Excellence.
