November 04, 2008 - Toronto, Canada, On October 5th, 2008 Cookee Corporation once again participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure. This year’s run attracted more than 30,000 Torontonians and raised more than $5,100,000.
Maggie Pion, Cookee Corporation’s Fundraising Specialist, put together a team of 30 participants that raised in excess of $14,000. “We were overwhelmed by the remarkable efforts of Ms. Pion. She far exceeded all projected targets. With her leadership and guidance, next year’s event will be truly spectacular.”
