    Over 35 restaurants, chefs, bakers, dessert patisseries, and beverage suppliers have confirmed their participation in this exciting event, which is organized every year by the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Hawaii.

    Among the most awaited of these are the Hawaii Beef Producers, who promised an array of meat treats made of locally raised, grass-fed beef. There will also be special cocktails to be prepared, as well as other culinary delights featuring local farm produce. As such, attendees can treat themselves to an afternoon of fine eats, while supporting the agriculture industry based on the Big Island of Hawaii.

    Even better, part of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to the JCCIH Foundation Fund, which has been instrumental in funding student scholarships, faculty and staff development programs, and campus-wide improvements at the Hawaii Community College.
