The expansion plan, which comes as the domestic automotive industry is shrinking, will allow the Talsons & Valsons to extend its reach into foreign automotive markets - where sales for automakers are growing.
The Board found that, Talsons & Valsons is poised to take advantage of burgeoning global demand for vehicles, particularly in emerging markets such as Mexico, South America, UK, Russia and Eastern Europe.
Emerging markets "will be major players in the international auto industry for the foreseeable future," Chairman of the Talsons & Valsons said. "Our auto business needs to expand rapidly in US and Europe."
