(Pink Sheets SSYT News), a U.S.-based Business incubator and marketer of distinctive business brands and product., announced today that the company has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Sunbelt Products Inc, and it’s solely owned subsidiary North American Solar Systems to acquire a fifty-percent (50%) interest, contingent upon meeting performance requirement. Under the terms of the agreement, Systech Systems is expected to acquire exclusive marketing and distribution rights, including import/export rights, joint ownership of all trademarks, patents and patents pending, future products and share in profits of the operation of Sunbelt Products, Inc. globally.
“This agreement is a major step forward in our strategy to expand our premium subsidiary product lines and to began to show our points-of-presence in the high-margin, global institutional, business and residential market of solar energy manufacturing,” said Systech Systems Chairman of the Board Barrington Simon. “ Our recent announcement to enter the marketplace is underpinned by the strong demand for high quality solar panel manufacturing business which are at an all time high globally, particularly within the North American and the Asian markets. These agreements are putting us on track to accelerate our revenues and profitability, and create a platform for global market reach in 2009. American Solar will also offer private labels of solar panel business that will be fully turn key. They will assist with all aspects of the brand-creation process, including packaging and shipping, regulatory (Federal and State), freight and delivery (all states and overseas), all price points, imported and domestic. American Solar plans to expand its distribution channels into global markets through various establishments, continually seeking to capitalize on its new marketing infrastructure by developing new lines of products that it can sell to its developing customer base.
