Systech Systems International, Inc. Signs LOI to Acquire Eighty (80%) Percent Stake in Capline Systems

New York, NY (1888PressRelease) September 12, 2009 - Stoney Creek Ontario , Canada - Systech Systems Intl, Inc. (Pink Sheets SSYT News), a U.S.-based Business incubator and marketer of distinctive business brands and product.., COO, Mr. Barrington Simon, announced today that the company has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Capline Systems, To acquire a eighty-percent (80%) interest, contingent upon meeting performance requirement. Under the terms of the agreement, Systech Systems is expected to acquire exclusive marketing and distribution rights, including import/export rights, joint ownership of all trademarks, patents and patents pending, future products and share in profits of the operation of Capline Systems. In the United States and the world wide, under this agreement Capline Systems will merge into Systech Systems clean energy subsidiary Windsun Technologies.

Capline Systems has developed a modern version of an ancient mechanism used to pump water over 3000 years ago that can be installed in many residential areas as well as on the roofs of stores and small plants to provide electric power. The advantage of our vertical axis windmills is that they can be used to economic advantage atlow wind velocities and at almost ground level. They can be installed on top of sheds, in back yards, on garages, or on flat top buildings similar to air conditioners.

Capline Systems has designed several models of machines ranging from a monthly output average of 1000 kilowatt hours at average wind speed of eight miles per hour on our TVA-6 to 4000 kilowatt hours at average wind speed of eight miles per hour for our TVA-10. (Average monthly power usage is in range of 600 to 650 KWH per month.) Peak power output at 15 miles per hour wind speed as much as 7 kilowatts per hour on the TVA-6*, to 28 kilowatts per hour on our TVA-10 at same wind speed. *(TVA-6B available with high power output that will produce 7000 watts of power at wind speeds of 13 MPH or more.)

Windsun Technologies plans to expand its distribution channels into global markets through various establishments, continually seeks to capitalize on its new marketing infrastructure by developing new lines of products that it can sell to its developing customer base. The Company will continually reinvesting into its business by increasing operating capacity through the partnering and adding additional inventories. Capline Systems is operated by George O. Creswell of Davison, Michigan. It was established in Washtenaw County in 1997 to develop business in robotic integration and special machine design and build. Creswell has been involved in robotics since 1965 initially with AMF as Manager of Sales and Service. In 1969 left AMF to establish robotics company designing and selling hydraulic robots and such tooling and peripheral equipment as applications required. Sold portions of company in 1972 to what is now Johnson Controls and in 1973 to Continental Can Company. At this time Creswell owned only about 25 per cent of company.
