It took the company a year's time to adjust its business and operational strategies as well as corporate culture, setting of policies to CMMI standards and requirements for the purpose of reaching a higher level of customer satisfaction.
CMMI Level 3 means that an organization possesses a set of defined and standardized processes established and is subject to a degree of improvement over time. CMMI 3 appraisal proves that SYNAPSE has all of the software development processes put in place and is now able of maximizing its customer satisfaction rates. It also means that all projects executed by SYNAPSE comply with the standardized guidelines and are very flexible, which is characteristic of quality and efficiency of delivered services.
The key implication of CMMI 3 certification on SYNAPSE consists in the ability of the corporate project management to establish and mandate the process objectives and make sure these objectives are addressed in a proper way.
