The Sweet Spot is anywhere we pause and consciously savor being alive. Being present in this way opens us wide to our inborn creative flow, deliciously carrying us downstream to all the places we really wanna go! Since 1985, I've helped people like me (and especially including me!) become more consciously creative, alive, playful -- and fed by the sensual, sensory beauty of their soft animal selves and their surroundings. I created The Sweet Spot as call to a community of kindreds who love sharing with each other what we're learning about living from our Sweet Spots.
