October 30, 2008 - Raleigh, NC: Raleigh artist, Suzy Andron, announced that she is exhibiting her work in a solo show at the Durham Arts Council. Her exhibition, entitled “Emerging Polytychs,” will be on display from October 31 through December 14, 2008 at the Semans Gallery. The exhibition is part of the Durham Arts Council Exhibit Program.
The public is invited to a free artists’ reception at the gallery as part of downtown Durham’s Third Friday on November 21, from 5 until 7 pm. The Durham Arts Council is located at 120 Morris Street in Durham, NC. Visitors may also view the exhibit Monday through Saturday from 9 am until 9 pm and from 1 pm until 6 pm on Sunday.
Andron, who specializes in painting abstract art in the form of polytychs, stated that, “I am very excited about showing my art at the Durham Arts Council. This is a great opportunity for me to introduce Triangle area art enthusiasts to a collection of my work.”
