April 23, 2009 - Surrey, BC, Canada - With more people consulting BCRPA recognized fitness professionals for guidance on an active lifestyle, it is essential that fitness professionals acquire more experience and confidence in assisting clients with injuries. Surrey Personal Trainer, Rick Kaselj, will be educating fitness professionals on designing effective exercises for clients recovering from upper body injuries.
The Exercise Rehabilitation of the Upper Body weekend workshop will cover designing exercise programs for neck, shoulder, back, elbow and wrist. It will outline the most effective exercises to help clients fully recover from common upper body injuries including rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, low back strain, carpal tunnel, neck strain plus more.
