This automatically makes them an ‘Indibooks Affiliate’ which means that when someone they refer to Indibooks registers and buys a book, they save money by receiving a commission. There are many new books on the site of which several are contemporary and and are virtually ‘out of stock’ on other sites - visitors to Indibooks can get their copy cheaper, including p&p. Social Care workers, students, foster carers and others can also pay securely online at the point of ordering, with a choice of safe payment processing options.
The site provides a facility for sending questions and adding book reviews, taking part in the online survey and finding out what’s new at Indibooks.
Social care is one of the most stressful occupations. The site asks "how do you cope with stress and chill out?" Visitors can give their answers through on-site Feedback and earn a 10% discount off their next order, for the most useful suggestion.
Students about to start a course in Health and Social Care or Social Work, can e-mail their book list, using the on-site link at Indibooks, for news of what’s in stock, or they can look and buy directly online.
