February 10, 2012 - Kitchener, Ontario - In a highly charitable offering, Sundream Holidays, the renowned membership-based Canadian travel club, has given the Salvation Army a cool $5000 as a direct donation. "The Salvation Army has been a benefactor for the entire world for so long, it's only fair that we can give a little bit back," says Jim Lotoski, Regional Manager of Sundream Holidays. Lotoski added, "I think we unfortunately tend to take our lifestyles for granted these days, and pretend that true poverty doesn't exist. What's great about entities like the Salvation Army is they step up to take responsibility when no one else will."
Sundream Holidays' leadership hopes that the publicity of the donation will encourage other organizations and individuals to consider giving to the less fortunate as well.
