July 08, 2006 - Today, a group of innovative college students from the San Francisco Bay Area launched an apparel company called Major Fashion. The clothing company currently sells 20 funny and entertaining t-shirts specific to students' university departments. Majors currently covered include: Anthropology, Biology, Chemistry, Classics, Drama, Economics, English, History, Library Science, Math, Philosophy, Psychology, Political Science, and general campus life. In an effort to tap into the creativity of students worldwide, Major Fashion encourages students to participate in its quarterly 'T-Shirt Slogan Contests'. Each contest is judged entirely by students. To participate, students must submit a funny or witty (major related) slogan. The top four submissions recieve a cash prize, and each winner also receives a free t-shirt with his or her slogan on it.
