Steve has been working in the research industry for over nine years holding various positions such as research director, institutional researcher and industry analyst. During his tenure at Direct Opinions, he worked with such diverse clients as Kaiser Permanente, Prometric and Coastal Federal CU. Steve graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a master’s degree in Psychology.
