Lily changed her life by moving all the way from Los Angeles to Upper Arlington and becoming a member of the staff at The Spot Athletics. She will be working with individual athletes and teams along with clients in the personal training department. Previously, Lily was a trainer private gyms in the Los Angeles area as well as running her own personal training business.

    JL Holdsworth, owner and head trainer at The Spot Athletics, states that "Lily's passion for learning, competitive spirit and love of strength and conditioning made her an ideal fit for our staff.     Lily is a graduate of the George Washington University and holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a competitive powerlifter in the 114 and 123 pound weight classes. As a competitive powerlifter, Starobin set the U.S. Powerlifting Association California state record in the Bench Press.
