Stardust Broadcasting, a leading US DRTV media company has created a Canadian DRTV Division to air its clients commercials and infomercials in Canada as well as the United States. The Canadian airings will reach over 7 million Canadian households.
- (1888PressRelease) August 26, 2010 - Stardust Broadcasting, a 23 year old media company whose focus is producing and airing commercials and infomercials in the United States has established a Canadian DRTV Division to air its US client's commercials in Canada. Mark Liddell, President of Stardust Operations announced that it will automatically air many of its joint venture client's commercials in Canada in addition to the 80 million households it traditionally airs to in the United States. Mr. Liddell stated "It makes total sense for most US based companies to sell in Canada. While the total households are a fraction of those in the US, the purchasing from television commercials per capita is stronger, and it costs our joint venture clients nothing extra for this Canadian reach."
According to Mr. Liddell "Stardust will continue to work with its joint venture clients, whether they are US or Canadian based, making our profit when our partners profit- which is fairly unique in the DRTV industry. The only thing that has changed is that if the opportunity is right, we will expand our clients reach to the Canadian market."
