Lisa Barnett joined Encompix support staff this month as a customer support analyst. She will begin to learn the Encompix application over the next several months by utilizing our internal resources and the tools available via M2M University. The tools, which include the self-guided tutorials for versions 9.2B and 9.30 and the recorded courses for 9.30 are also available to Encompix customers.
Lisa has ten years of customer service experience in a variety of industries. Lisa states her most anticipated aspects of the job are helping Encompix users with issues they may encounter and grasping a good knowledge of the customers by solving each problem as it arises.
Lisa graduated from Cincinnati State Technical & Community College with an applied science degree and a major in business management technology.
