Introducing A Holistic Approach To Spa Treatment Design.
Liz Galloway and Nicolay Kreidler
Upcoming Workshop November 4th 2007
Spa College sets standards for spa training.
Spa goers are no longer just looking for a massage, as they were a few years ago when visiting a day or resort spa, but rather seeking the experience that also delivers results.
Green practices as well as high expectations regarding the natural quality of the products used for treatments are quickly becoming the standard expectation of the educated client. In response Spa College has designed a series of one-week intensives as well as a management training program that teaches the fundamentals as well as advanced practices of spa treatments.
Spa College targets individual practitioners who want to increase their repertoire and win new clients with extended services as well as spa owners and managers who need to train their staff to meet client’s high expectations.
As the facilitators demonstrate, the return on investment for good training is excellent and a needed to compete in a maturing market. Service flexibility, quality and continuity are the three elements that provide the foundation for success in the spa and wellness industry.
Industry experts Liz Galloway and Nicolay Kreidler, co-founders of Spa College will be facilitating the workshops. More information can be obtained by emailing a request to: info ( @ ) spa-college dot com dot
