February 24, 2008 - The “Relax, Renew, Refresh - Practical Techniques for Caregiver Stress Relief” seminar for caregivers will be led by Stacey Shipman of Let It Flow, who will share the four key components to managing stress. Attendees will learn relaxation techniques through an experiential exercise.
A question and answer session will follow. This educational offering is free and a light dinner will be provided.
