October 27, 2007 - It’s the age-old problem that has plagued women since the dawn of man…er, I mean women: keeping that weight off while your pregnant and afterward. Many women who would otherwise have enjoyed the miracle of pregnancy and then childbirth had it marred because of depression that follows gaining excessive weight, and the unhealthy beating that their bodies have taken. In some cases, many women never are able to bounce back to their former vibrant selves. But a new study has found amazing results in helping women during this time.
Health and nutrition coach Michelle Moss, who has 15 years of experience in the health field and received a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition, is the trailblazer for this new outlook into the pregnancy process. During her research, Michelle observed this among the women she met: “I also realized that the general feeling out there is that pregnancy is a struggle and that pregnant women gain tons of weight, wear over-sized shirts, feel uncomfortable and have about as much energy as a snail on sleeping pills.”
Michelle has written a book on the subject and also created a program for women to easily follow. Go here to see a review of this program: http://weighlossreviews.blogspot.com/
