June 20, 2009 - Brian Farmer, President of Advisory Services at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com), has announced that Sonya Wagner has joined the firm’s Advisory Services Division as a real estate advisor. In this position, Wagner will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation, as well as assisting clients in identifying lease and purchase opportunities for medical office, general office and industrial properties throughout the Triangle. Wagner joins TradeMark Properties bringing more than a decade of accomplished industry experience in commercial real estate throughout the Southeastern United States.
Wagner’s career began in the commercial real estate arena in 1996 as Vice President of Development for a large national franchise. During this time, her portfolio expanded to include successfully completing numerous transactions involving site selection, land acquisition, construction of new facilities, and the renovation of existing properties. Prior to joining TradeMark Properties, she served as a commercial real estate broker for Powell Properties, Inc. located in Cary, N.C.
Wagner holds a North Carolina real estate brokerage. Active in her community, she has previously served as the Co-Chairman of the Cary Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cary 2008-2009 Program and Chairman of the American Cancer Society Fund Raising Ball. She currently volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and holds memberships within a number of different Triangle Area Associations and local Chambers of Commerce. A graduate of Johnston College and the Realtor Institute, as well as Leadership Cary 2007-2008, Wagner currently resides in North Raleigh.
