April 29, 2008 - Employing state-of-the-art flash technology combined with a radical new server configuration Smartblast’s DigiCatalog allows the user to load a digital flash catalog on their web site. While this is nothing new the combination of new flash script and unique server configuration allows the viewer to perform a wide range of interactive functions previously not possible.
DigiCatalog is a significant advance in technology in its interactive capabilities. The flash file can be edited on the fly, have files clipped for emailing, mutate itself into a PDF file and allow for on the fly zoom and scan functionality.
To test the new programs limits Smartblast has brought flash drive specialist Flash Drive Direct onboard to act as their beta test site for the Dig Catalog.
