October 15, 2008 - Skyline Metro Chicago (http://www.skylinemetrochicago.com) has achieved Installation and Dismantle (I&D) certification becoming the first and only dealer in the Skyline network to achieve certified I&D status. Skyline Metro Chicago is now the only certified Skyline I&D operation in the greater Chicago land area.
What does I&D Certification mean?
Certification is achieved with a strong emphasis on customer relations, standard operating procedures, pre- and post-show follow through, product and industry training and a final assessment. The team at Skyline Metro Chicago will continue to be groomed and challenged with on-going training and assessments at defined intervals.
