17 SEP	ST Aerospace Completes MD-11BCF Conversion Programme For UPS
	Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace) today announced the redelivery of the 38th MD-11 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) to UPS Airlines after completion of its PASSENGER-TO-FREIGHTER (PTF) CONVERSION at its Singapore-based facility, ST Aviation Services Company Pte Ltd (SASCO). This also marks the successful completion of the MD-11 PTF conversion programme for UPS Airlines.

	Singapore Technologies Aerospace Ltd (ST Aerospace) today announced that it has completed the purchase of SAS AB’s (SAS) 28.7% shareholding in ST Aerospace Solutions (Europe) A/S (STA Solutions) for a sum of €28.3m, which was arrived at based on fair market value agreed between both parties.
