Silverlit Toys Announces Upcoming "Rollout" of Head Shotz Battling RC Toys
Kids Customize, Transform, and Control High Speed Battle Balls in the ultimate RC Clash!
- (1888PressRelease) June 09, 2011 - Silverlit®, a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of hi-tech innovative toys, announced today the upcoming launch of Head Shotz, a line of customizable, transforming R/C battle ball toys, designed to compete in head-to-head combat.
Before clashing, players add battle arms on their Head Shotz to protect their battle targets, and then roll into competition against other Head Shotz. Each comes with an infrared remote that allows kids to control their Head Shotz with high-speed spins, head butts and knockouts. Head Shotz also have a remote open and close feature to further their transformation and reveal the unique character inside. Each toy features a two mode selector - one for training and one for battle. In the battle mode, when a Head Shotz loses his battle targets, it shuts down and it's "game over!"

The Head Shotz toy line consists of three warrior groups: the Elementals, powerful warriors from the core of the Earth; the Mechanoids, ferocious robotic warriors; and the Creepies, fearless mutant insectoids. The line also includes Fusion characters - hybrids with combined powers from two of the warrior groups - which are sold in a twin-pack.
Head Shotz are recommended for children ages 5-11. The toys will be available at www.GetHeadShotz.com in late July 2011, Radio Shack and K-Mart stores in August 2011 and on Amazon.com in Fall 2011. Single packs will retail for $24.99; Fusion twin-packs will retail for $39.99.
