June 19, 2008 - From Silver*Ware Animation Studios (SWAS) comes a new animated TV Series for mature audiences, "Wind & Fire: The Animated TV Series", created by CEO/Founder of Silver*Ware Studios, Travis Ware. It has the look of Anime and the movement of Pixar. It's also the first African-American, Japanese Animation television series in 3D CG.
His sight was taken away when he was just a "rookie cop" for the NYPD. Now it’s the year 2009 and Travis Wane (played by Fred Russell) is now one of the New York City Police best "Homicide Detectives"; cleaning up the dirty streets of Manhattan, NY. He’s armed only with a straight sword concealed in a pearl "Cobra Headed" cane. He’s also been trained to increase his other four senses to supernatural levels by a Ninja Master. Travis is also teamed up with a hot-tempered Hispanic detective, Ana Scott (played by Rebecca Haile); who’s a high level black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a marksman with a 9mm biretta. Their mission is to take down a mob boss & loan shark, Charles Falone (played by Will Redmond); he is parading as a Real Estate Investor that thinks he’s above the law.
Silver*Ware Animation Studios will be a computer animation studio with the technical, creative and production capabilities to create a new generation of 3D animated feature films, merchandise and other related products. Silver*Ware's objective is to combine proprietary technology and world-class creative talent to develop computer-animated feature films with memorable characters and heartwarming stories that appeal to audiences of all ages. The studio will be located right in the Silver*Ware Studio lot.
Consequently, the company has attracted some of the world's finest talents in the world. SWAS’s technical and creative teams have collaborated since 2007 to develop a wealth of production software used in-house to create its movies and further the state of the art in CG and Motion Caption movie making. SWAS continues to invest heavily in its software systems and believes that further advancements will lead to additional productivity and quality improvements in the making of its computer animated films and TV shows.
