Sharon Hill International Presents To Blossoming Non-profit Organization

Sharon Hill Conducted “What Ever Happened to Good Manners” For The Flower Shuttle Staff


(1888PressRelease) August 16, 2007 - Chapel Hill, NC: Sharon Hill, president of Sharon Hill International and author, recently conducted a workshop, What Ever Happened to Good Manners, to The Flower Shuttle, a non-profit organization that creates flower arrangements for hospitals, women’s centers and for people who don’t normally receive flowers. By attending Hill’s seminar, The Flower Shuttle staff discovered etiquette techniques, such as:
· How to politely break away from a conversation
· Importance of R.S.V.P. and tips when others abuse R.S.V.P
· How to handle rude people

After Hill’s presentation, Julie Hilton Steele, a Flower Shuttle administrative team member, said, “Wow! Was Sharon a great speaker or what? The positive buzz and appreciation that filled the room was pretty darn fantastic. Not only that, but her interactive style and willingness to take questions really helped us learn more about each other, as well as about etiquette. It was a wonderful time had by all and was really appreciated.”

About The Flower Shuttle:
The Flower Shuttle is a non-profit organization that gathers flowers after events and rearranges them into smaller containers for delivery to various aid organizations within the Raleigh-Durham area. Flowers from community events, galas, weddings and funerals that would normally be thrown away are turned into beautiful bouquets to brighten the lives of people living with sickness, terminal illness, poverty and disability. The program is open to the entire community and is sponsored by the Raleigh Moravian Church as an outreach service project.
