September 09, 2009 - Sale Sharks and England winger Mark Cueto showed winning form this week at Donington Park as he beat off stiff competition to win the UKFast Grand Prix 2009.
The race day, which pits business owners from across the country against professional sportsmen, gave Cueto his first trophy of the new season and signalled his intent to bring home more silverware this year.
Cueto was cheered along in the final by team mates Dean Schofield and Charlie Hodgson and Shark’s Director of Rugby Kingsley Jones. He also had support from the UKFast Track girls who presented the trophy at the end of the day.

Whilst Cueto has made his name in Rugby Union at club and international level (with 31 Caps for England), his talents could have led him in a number of sporting directions. As a teenager, he had trials for a number of top football teams before choosing Sale Sharks as his home.
