In this position, Laney will contribute to the firm’s product research and development teams, while placing a strong focus on the integration of green features. She will be responsible for strategizing project design schemes and product sample research, as well as corresponding with firm consultants. Her focus within the design team will involve programming, schematic design and design development for green and sustainable building projects.
Laney is affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including the Young Architects Forum (Y.A.F.), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Emerging Green Builder (EGB). She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech University. A native of Sugar Land, Texas and Orange County, Calif., Laney resides in Raleigh.
