The Sentry auto-track auto-zoom PTZ is at the cutting edge of PTZ technology with the use of a high-resolution Sony™ Ex-View CCD the camera is capable of delivering 480 TV lines of color at normal light levels. An IR Cut Filter provides users with excellent video images even in minimum illumination environments.
Definable tracking boundaries, object auto-track and auto-zoom combine together to produce video footage specific to each users preferences. Easy-to-use and configure via the on screen display menu the PTZ offers 256 presets, multi dip-switch, settable control protocols, intelligent patter tour, auto-flip when tracking objects. The Sentry PTZ is easily controlled by a keyboard/joystick or integrated with any of the Sentry Series DVRs.
This versatile PTZ camera is suitable for use outdoors or indoors where its weatherproof dome protects the camera from environmental elements. The cameras ability to produce CCTV video in low light conditions as well as normal daylight gives it the flexibility to be used in a range of applications. Locations that require 24-hour surveillance will find this camera particularly useful even in unattended circumstances because of its capabilities to automatically track moving objects while maintaining focus and keeping the object at a reasonably close proximity.
