  • (1888PressRelease) May 22, 2009 - Scarlett wine bar & restaurant sets to open on the 8th of April 2009 in Beijing. The venue will offer various wines at a reasonable price and goes back to basics in terms of cuisine by offering a wide rage of simple food with taste and quality for the right price! Scarlett is definitely poised to be the latest meeting point for young executives who like to have fun and chill-out.

    More than 80 different wine labels, combined with one of Beijing’s largest cheese selections and cold cuts, daily specials, tapas and legendary burgers all available on a stylish European-style menu.

    The menu also includes a range of seafood specialties, salads, pastas and house specials such as Australian sirloin, roast lamb chops, duck and chicken, all served with fries or jacket potatoes. Classic French desserts range from creme brulee and chocolate mousse to chocolate fondant and nougat.

    Daily set menus of 3 to 5 courses are also being served, changing every 3 days. The menu is available for lunch and dinner.

    300 square meters, Scarlett can accommodate up to 120 guests. In this relaxed yet chic and fun atmosphere, guests can choose to sit at the long bar, high-rise wooden tables, or lounge in the luxurious leather sofas.

    From 8th to 18th of April, Scarlett will invite French Chef Sylvain Royer. Chef Royer, the mastermind behind the fine dinning Deja Vu restaurant and prestigious Wine Pub of Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel will amaze the local gastronomes with his culinary magic. His visit and courses in Scarlett will bring you the new definition of French Cuisine.
    Another highlight for the grand opening of Scarlett is the special appearance of magician Bilou, whom has gained his reputation over the past 15 years performing close up tricks in popular festivals, restaurants and cabarets in China, Taiwan and Thailand.

    Every day, promotions revolving around different wines, drinks and food designed to attract various crowds of revelers are also part of the concept, which includes weekend DJs and Live entertainment.

    Tuesday is ‘Bubbles Night’ for ladies, who are treated to two free bubbles cocktails to get the party started! Guys can join the fun with bubbly cocktails priced at just RMB 58 and bottles of Mumm Champagne at only RMB 488.

    'Bodega Fever' on Thursdays with Sangria and house red wine by the glass at only RMB 30 per glass and from 6 to 10 pm all you can eat tapas for Only RMB 88.

    'Thank God It's Friday' all standard drinks for RMB 25 from 6-10pm, and thereafter 40 RMB during the evening DJ Cool C direct from US will be spinning deep house tunes.

    On Saturday, Scarlett comes ‘ALive’ after 10pm with the most prestigious DJ in town, French DJ Maxwell spinning along with Live performers such as Saxophone, electric violin, contrabass percussions players and also singers! Cocktails are just 50 RMB and a 15% discount on bottles of spirits!
